Press Release Submission Guidelines (no-charge)

  • Exclusive and Original: Submissions must be neutral in tone and written in PR format (non-promotional). For promotional content, please see our advertising opportunities.
  • Relevant: Content must focus on vending, micro-market, office coffee services, and/or amusements including related technology, equipment, products, or business development.
  • Suggested Length: Aim for 500-1,200 words.
  • AI Use: You may use AI for writing assistance, but only for text (not imagery).
  • Images: Attach at least one JPG or PNG image separately from the document. You or your company must hold image rights or obtain written permission for publication use.  [High-resolution/300 dpi, or a minimum of 900 x 900 pixels, though larger is always better].
    • Note: If no image is provided, we’ll assume a stock image is needed.
