Nestlé Professional, the business-to-business arm of Nestlé, is expanding its Nescafé Fusion system — a range of office coffee machines offering a wide range of personalized coffee options. The Nescafé Fusion coffee machines allow users to create hot or iced coffee drinks with options ranging from whole roasted beans to instant coffee and from dairy to plant-based milk.

In offices, hotels, convenience stores, schools, and healthcare facilities, coffee is essential, and the demand for a diverse beverage menu continues to grow. With iced coffee gaining popularity, especially among younger consumers, food service providers increasingly need to offer both hot and cold drink options simultaneously. However, delivering a seamless and varied beverage experience can be challenging. That’s why the Nescafé Fusion system was developed: to meet this need with a convenient, user-friendly, and easily personalized solution.

“As the demand for cold beverages increases, particularly among younger generations, our food service providers need to adapt and cater to this trend by offering a versatile menu of both hot and iced beverages,” said Reinhold Jakobi, Global Head of Nestlé Professional, in a recent press release. “Nescafé Fusion delivers customizable coffee experiences while reflecting our commitment to sustainability.”

The Nescafé Fusion system includes espresso-based beverages, filter coffee, and popular iced drinks like lattes, cappuccinos, and mochas. With 14 machine models available, food service providers can select the ideal machine to match their business size, cup capacity, counter space, and consumer needs. Already launched in 15 markets across Asia, Europe, and Latin America, the Nescafé Fusion range is now being rolled out to an additional 60 markets. Developed by Nestlé’s R&D teams in Orbe, Switzerland, this range combines coffee machine expertise and a deep understanding of coffee.

Nescafé Fusion machines are also built with sustainability in mind, using more recycled plastic and achieving greater energy efficiency compared to previous models. An innovative heating system uses hot water to pre-heat the brewing chamber on demand, eliminating the need for heating fans.
