Five Star Breaktime Solutions, a leading provider of refreshment services in the southeastern United States, is proud to announce the acquisition of Integrity Vending. This acquisition enhances Five Star Breaktime Solutions’ market presence and service capabilities in the Greater Atlanta area.
Jamie McWilliams was selling newspapers when he decided to leap into the vending industry in 1973. Over the next 25 years, he helped grow several other vending companies in the greater Atlanta area, before being presented with the opportunity to purchase a handful of accounts for himself. Thus, Integrity Vending was born in 1998. Within two years Jamie had grown the business to nearly $1.5M in sales. As with all companies in this industry Jamie had to overcome the impact of 9/11, the dotcom bubble burst, and COVID. It was only through his commitment to providing excellent service to his customers that he weathered those storms when several other companies began to fail.
Jamie recently decided to retire so he could spend more time with his beautiful bride, Saifon. He knew several Five Star team members and felt that their culture would be a good fit for his clients. Five Star would like to thank Jamie for his confidence in the company to serve his 50+ clients and wish him and Saifon the very best.
This acquisition will allow Five Star Breaktime Solutions to leverage Integrity Vending’s established infrastructure and an experienced team to enhance service delivery and introduce new offerings to a broader customer base. With this transition, clients can expect a seamless transition with continued commitment to high-quality service and innovative solutions.
