Vending Show Online

The EVA launched the year-long virtual industry platform during an event on 27 & 28 May.

Brussels, 31 May 2021 – The launch of the Vending & Coffee Solutions Hub attracted more than 1,000 registered attendees for the platform that will remain open for an entire year. The Hub has been designed as a unique virtual experience where participants can meet the major European industry players through an exhibition, participate in webinars about the latest developments in the industry, as well as organize meetings with other vending professionals.

The Auditorium featured a total of six EVA Conferences and webinars covering a diverse range of topics including the future of  cash  and digital payments, developments in packaging, changing consumer behaviors, new business for vending, and new coffee trends. These  topical speeches were complemented with input about innovations from sponsors 365 Retail MarketsEVOCA Group, Vendon, Worldline, Azkoyen, and BWT Water+More.

Another key element of the Hub is the Exhibition Hall which at launch featured 61 booths which will remain permanently accessible throughout the duration of the Hub. These booths allow companies to present their latest products and services, while attendees can chat and directly contact the most relevant representatives during live days. Documents, brochures and videos can be viewed or download for studying afterwards.

After this initial 2-day launch the EVA will regularly organize other live events on the platform throughout the year, with the next event planned for September. The exhibition remains open for all visitors who can login throughout the year and operates as a ‘interactive business card’ helping vending companies to get in direct contact with each other.

While the Hub naturally has a European focus, it has a promising global reach, helped by the fact that access to the platform is completely free. This was demonstrated by the fact that more than 190 registered attendees were based in countries outside of the European continent.

The Hub will of course continue to evolve over the next 12 months, and a wide range of interesting sponsoring and visibility opportunities are available. The opportunities offered by the platform aim to help facilitate the contacts and discussions that would normally take place at physical EVA events and industry exhibitions.

The EVA is very pleased with the interest and participation in the Hub during its launch and looks forward to the ongoing interactions and developments through the coming year. Details of the next live events will be communicated in due course.
